Only a few more weeks and finally winter will finish and spring will start, this is a great time to start using your garden to exercise. After the Christmas celebrations most us have eaten weigh too much and need to get back in shape so what better place to start than in the garden.

The best time to start any exercise is first thing in the morning so try getting up an hour earlier. Remember exercising releases natural endorphins which make you feel good so starting your day with exercising can set you up feeling great.

It can be hard sticking to your new improved healthy lifestyle so why not make a life a bit more interesting by using trampolines as a means of exercise. There are many different size and shape trampolines which are perfect for you and the kids.

If the garden really doesn’t appeal then consider doing a 30 minute cycle ride or un before starting your day. You can actually save yourself cash as well as exercising by walking or cycling to work as opposed to using your car.
